**Q: I have 0.75 mm thick vinyl. Will these work?**
A: yeas but you should use extra, (Larger than the button)  piece of vinyl to keep from tearing out.

**Q: What is the diameter of these snaps?  Are they 5/8" snaps?**
A: I think they are line 24.
Cap Diameter: 15mm /0.59inch
Stud Diameter: 13mm /0.51inch
Socket Diameter: 14mm/0.55inch
Post Diameter: 13mm/0.51inch

**Q: Would these fasteners go through velcro straps?**
A: No, the ones I purchased were too low quality to work on Velcro straps. Also the holes were not big enough to connect the two snap pieces together without damaging the snap.

**Q: Do I need a special tool to install these?**
A: yes
