Having a real hard time here. :(** A: Yes, after 3 years of using secure denture cream I finally realized how to keep it from ooze so bad. Put it on your dentures and let it sit on there for a few minutes (it expands) I left mine out for few minutes came back and it looked to be 2x what I had applied, I had a bad ooze problem, but not anymore. Guess better late than never. It is a wonderful product. With other products I was reapplying 3 or 4 times a day and with secure I apply it ever 24 hours. **Q: how do you remove assess adhesive from detures?** A: If I'm adding adhesive during the day, I remove the old paste with a special toothbrush made just for dentures before adding new paste. If I'm taking them out for the night then I remove most of it and place the denture in the soaking container. Hint: I find that a good antiseptic mouthwash does as a great job in cleaning and is cheaper than Efferdent or Polident. My dentures don't fit properly because my insurance got cut off before my final fitting. My top denture is more of an issue then my bottom because I had a second fitting on the bottom but not the top. Even having to use more on the top than you normally would, it still lasts me at least 4 weeks. I know it's expensive but the fact that I can eat a whole apple and my teeth stay in, is worth it to me! It's much cheaper online. The one local store that carries it, it's over $10 plus I've got to go to the next town over (about 30 miles round trip). So it's totally worth it IMO. Plus this is the cheapest I've seen it in a long time.
