Impulse Yoga Knee Pads Parent

i’ve had trouble doing push-ups and crunches due to the pain in my knees/butt. this super-cushioned pad is perfect and i’m now able to workout better/easier! i feel more comfortable. it’s advertised as 1” thickness and came just a little shy of it. nothing too crazy; it still works for me. i already own a yoga mat, so this supplemental pad is perfect, as i wasn’t looking to buy an entirely new/thicker mat. also, bonus: this pad can fit into my yoga mat bag with my mats!! bottom line: i could only do like two push-ups without this pad; and now i can do a few more (i still hafta do the work!! lol) 😆

This football training mat is absolutely brilliant.My son uses it every day to practise his footwork and ball control at home, and he absolutely loves it. The drills are easy to follow, and it really helps improve his speed, balance and confidence with the ball. The mat is good quality, doesn’t slip around, and is perfect for indoor training, especially when the weather is bad.

Su tamaño es muy práctico. Yo lo llevo en mi carry On y el colchón es súper bueno. Lo recomiendo.

Love this Mat, my son is football mad and with the weather is stuck inside, this mat is fantastic, great for sharpening his skills, perfect for inside and keeping the ball on the ground!
