A: Press '-/+' to adjust the intensity. (only the port connected well and pads pasted on your body, could you adjust the intensity)

**Q: How to use the 1/4 cable?**
A: When using 1/4 wire, you could use 2 pads or 4 pads at the same time, if you use 2 pads, please make sure 2 pads are connected on the same wire with 1 pad for white snap and 1 pad for the blue snap.

**Q: How do I choose the replacement pads?**

I love having this unit. It is compact so I can take it to work and use it there without it distracting anyone. I am not quite sure about battery life yet, as I have only used it a handful of times. I have degenerate disc disease in my neck and this has helped with my pain and discomfort.
