I absolutely love this TENS unit. I bought one for myself and another one for my son, and we are both very happy with it. It has multiple modes and intensity levels, so you can easily adjust it depending on your needs. It works great for muscle pain, tension, and soreness, especially after a long day or workouts. The device is easy to use, compact, and the settings are clear. The pads stick well and provide consistent stimulation. Overall, this is an excellent product for pain relief and muscle relaxation. Great quality for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an effective TENS unit.

I love this TENS Unit! The instructions for use are so easy to follow and it has helped me significantly with muscle pain in my shoulders. I also love the compact design - I primarily work a desk job and I can easily take it to work and hook up the device without needing to plug in or make a lot of room for a large machine. I would HIGHLY recommend this device for anyone seeking electro-therapy/stimulation at home!

I have had a torn rotator cuff that I've been working on for about two months in physical therapy. My muscles were pissed, I needed some extra help with pain and relaxation, and I hate taking meds when I can avoid it. I've been using this for the last few weeks and it has been a tremendous help. I've increased my flexibility range in the forward range about 15% (they measure the angles to check my progress in PT). I'll take any improvement I can get, as I'm trying like mad to avoid surgery. I have three jobs and really can't afford to take that much time off. The device is easy to use once you read the instructions. They're very small print and I had to use the camera on my phone to zoom in on the text. I like that it comes with so many leads and pads. The instructions in the manual say to only use a white lead with a blue lead, but as you can see the two smaller leads are only white. I'm using one of the small ones with the small pads on my bicep and tricep. Overall I would say that the effectiveness, comfort, and quality are well worth what I paid for it.

I used this unit during labor and for back and pelvic pain relief. It significantly improved my sleep quality and helped me through an 18-hour VBAC labor without changing batteries or interventions, particularly for managing back pain due to my baby's posterior position. I placed the pads along my bra line and hips, using a low intensity between contractions and increasing it during peaks. While I had to purchase new gel pads for labor, the device's ease of use and intuitive design make it a great value. The battery life is impressive, lasting several sessions between charges. The device is portable, fitting in the palm of your hand, and easy to pack without taking up much room. The electrode pads are comfortable, even during long sessions. It continues to help with postpartum back pain, aiding in relaxation. Despite the lack of instructions, it's easy to figure out. Hospitals rarely provide such machines, so having your own is a great advantage.

First week using this and it's better than I expected! I had one from a medical supply company that didn't last very long. I didn't want to deal with them again, so I got this on a whim. I actually feel like it works better and more user friendly. I like it comes with a few different pad options and sizes. 10/10

I bought this to help work out the kinks I get day to day. My husband ended up using more than me. We both like its ease of use, the small size and portability. It goes a long time on a single charge. The sensors stick fine but not sure how long those will last. It does what it said it will do. I recommend for those every day, pesky pains that you need to work out.

So lightweight, but very effective! After just 24 hours, I love this so much that I just ordered another one to give to my daughter. Instructions aren't the greatest, but the unit is almost self explanatory. Once you apply the pads, a bit of clicking around makes it quite easy to understand. I have run it for several hours already and the battery still shows full! The painful knot in by back has relaxed about 90 percent in just one day and my pain has diminished tremendously. The main unit is so small that it can be carried in a pocket without even noticing. (Could even slip it into a bra if needed, haha)

I've used this type of device off and on for many years. I have a lot of muscle pain in my neck, shoulders, and upper back that has come and gone since Covid, and these devices help tremendously. This is not the best or the worst I've ever used. It has 6 modes with 4 variations each, auto shutoff, a large range of speeds, and an adjustable timer, which is pretty standard with these devices. It comes with a short usb cable, a travel bag, four large and two small electrode pads (other sets I've purchased generally come with twice as many, sometimes more). The pads are the snap-on type, so they are generally universal and cheap and easy to replace (order them here for $10...search for snap on electrode pads for pain therapy). Here's what's not great about this one: Really not that much variation between the modes and variations that I can tell, and virtually no progression from low speed to high. HERE'S WHAT'S REALLY BAD! The device comes with three sets of leads: two double, and one quadruple (as pictured). If, for whatever reason, you should inadvertently plug in the quadruple lead with only one set of pads, you DON'T tie off the loose set with electrical tape (also as shown), and they touch your skin when you turn on the device, you're going to get shocked! "Someone" used it late one night and didn't realize it had double leads, but he DOES know about electricity, so he did tape them off. As long as you're careful about that, it's decent. The quadruple lead allows you to do up to six areas at a time, so....
