Great product
My child absolutely loves it and wears it everyday. it’s such a good way for my child to track their everyday activities and we can have a competition to see who does more steps they always win. Battery life lasts a good few days maybe more over a week. Took a couple of days to for them to figure out how it all works. But once they got used to its functionality they were good to go. Would definitely recommend.

Great product once setup*!
My 7 year old daughter loves this product, it works really well, is easy for her to use and the battery life is really good. The only negative is that setup was a real pain. The challenge was adding my daughter as a child to my Google Account. In the end I gave up doing it on my phone and ended up needing to do it all on a different device and it seemed to just work. So in summary, amazing product but difficult to setup!

Decent kids' version of the adult Fitbit
Bought this for our 12 year old son because it wasn't possible to set up an account for him with the Fitbit Inspire (that we had previously bought), as he is under the age of 13. Google this issue if you are thinking of buying an Inspire (or any other "adult" Fitbit) for an under 13. Anyway, the Ace works just like an adult Fitbit except that it has various kiddie features that our son isn't interested in (being a mature 12 year old). So he and we are very pleased with it. Our only reservation relates to the strap, which fell off and proved impossible for us to re-fit (it requires very nimble fingers - which we don't have - to be able to put the spring pin back in). But we sorted this by buying a generic replacement strap from Amazon, which is easier to fit and (being elasticated) easier to wear.

Do not buy: Life is to short for UX this bad, buy anything else but not Fitbit!
Since Google took over Fitbit, the experience has become genuinely dire. Setting up the Fitbit Ace 3 is an absolute nightmare. You must use a child Google account, but a child cannot set up and manage their child account to become a Google Fitbit account. This forces you into Google Family Link, which then prevents the Fitbit app from working properly. You are pushed into an endless loop of sign-ins, permissions, log-outs, and errors with no way forward. After Months of trying, reinstalling apps, changing settings, and following Google/Fitbit’s own instructions, the device is still unusable. This is a children’s product that requires adult-level technical patience and still fails. But i now have nearly 20 Google Accounts! The user experience is so catastrophically bad that it renders the product worthless. Save your time, your sanity, and your blood pressure. There are far better alternatives on the market. Do not buy this. Buy anything else but not Fitbit.

Great device for kids
My son loves his Fitbit. He enjoys tracking his sleep and his steps in his watch. It’s the perfect fit for for him and is adjustable. The battery life is brilliant it lasts for days. Easy to figure out how to use the features of the device and was easy to connect to Bluetooth and WiFi. When he gets a phone of his own we will upgrade to a Fitbit that can connect to a phone but for now this is great for him.

My Son Loves it..
It was just what my son wanted and he loves it still. only negative is that you will spend hours messing around with the software app. as you'll need to set up a new profile on your mobile phone and in my own case I needed to wipe an old unused phone and load only my sons profile to it (it wouldnt allow me to do this on my own mobile device) as the error message tells you that for privacy reasons they can be the only profile on the device connected to the watch. considering this is a childs watch I dont understand the thought process when developing the software to only work this way and especially from a well known brand too.

Tricky to setup and irritates skin
We got the Fitbit Ace 3 for our kids, and while it’s an ok fitness tracker, the setup process and syncing have been more challenging than expected. Also, the watch strap irritates their skin meaning they take them off regularly. Here’s how it went: Pros: • Reminders: You can set the watch to vibrate at certain times to get them to drink water. This worked really well for our kids. • Motivates Activity: It’s a great tool for encouraging kids to stay active. The step tracking, challenges, and animations are a big hit, and it’s helped build healthy habits. • Battery Life: The battery lasts a good few days, which is a relief because I don’t want to charge it every night. Cons: • Setup Was Tricky: Getting it up and running was not as straightforward as I’d hoped. Setting up the child’s profile and pairing it with the app required some trial and error, and the instructions weren’t very clear. • Skin irritation: The two photos are attached are my kids wrists after the watches have been off for 3 days. You can see they are still very sore. This makes them not want to wear them. They aren’t normally sensitive to things and have worn other watches before without this issue. • Tedious Syncing: Because the children are too young to have their own phones it is annoying trying to get them to sync to my phone to see any insights so we don’t bother. • Limited Features Without the App: Some of the features rely heavily on syncing to the app, so if syncing fails, it feels a bit pointless. Overall Thoughts: The Fitbit Ace 3 is great for encouraging kids to be more active. However, the setup process and syncing issues take away from the experience, along with comfort issues. I wouldn’t buy these again, personally.

My little one just loves it.. connected it to her phone and now she has a challenge to do more sports and steps.. She is a swimmer, so this water proof feature helps her see how much calories she did. She really loves it and charge it as soon as its empty. Which takes a long time to get empty and short time to charge. Thank you FITBIT :) Happy Kids, Happy Parent. I do recommend this product. SSM
