I have an air purifier in my litter box room and wanted to add additional options to eliminate urine smell so I got these and some lemongrass essential oil and with only 3-4 drops a week one pad last about a month and have really help with reducing the smell!

Great find!
I have the matching air purifiers around my place. I was happy to find that the scent pads come in larger quantities. I have been switching out the scent pads on a regular basis. The pads have been fantastic about diluting what can sometimes be an overpowering diffusing oil. The pads simply soak in the oils and diffuse the oil until dry. They stay clean and I have not noticed any sort of growth on them, even with the regular application of oils that I use.
