Vibra-TITE 213 VC-3 Threadmate Threadlocker, -65 to 165 Degree F, 5mL Tube, Red

This stuff works great for most thread-locker needs, but it's easy to ruin the bottle getting the cap stuck on. I've found a few wraps of teflon tape on the threads when you first get it solves this problem and saves a lot of headache later.

Way better than blue loctite. Clean your fasteners before use. Apply to threads. Let cure for 30 minutes prior to installation. We use on all out club firearms and air guns, as well as archery equipment.

This stuff is great on my RC cars. Make sure you keep it off the threads of the cap or it will lock closed on you.

Vibra‑TITE VC‑3 is by far the best thread treatment I’ve used for anything exposed to heavy vibration or movement. I rely on it for all my firearm hardware—from action screws to RDS mounts—and it has never let me down. A lot of people mention that the product dries out in the bottle, and it’s true that it will once air gets in. I actually contacted Vibra‑TITE about this, and they confirmed you can reconstitute it indefinitely with a little MEK or acetone. I’ve done this several times over the years and it works perfectly. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the drying issue can be annoying, but the performance is excellent. When it comes to vibration‑resistant thread retention, nothing else I’ve tried comes close.

Awesome stuff. Always have this around when using a normal threadlocker isnt a option. Great for guns, RC cars, very small screws etc.. Not for high temp environments but good fod everything else. Been buying this fod years and will continue to do so.

Was having trouble with stuff backing out with blue lot tite and this is pretty commonly recommended for handgun optics. So far I have had zero issues and all is great. Easy to use.

Absolutely love this stuff for screws on all of my firearms gear. I find this works so much better than blue loctite, so anything that has screws gets this. Accessories, optic mounts, flashlight mounts, anything. As long as you clean the threads after use and before you cap it back, I haven't had much issue with mess. You can cut the tip to be as small and precise as you want, and for my use of firearms equipment, it's enough to last for a while.

This product makes bolts & nuts secure from loosening against vibrations. It is easy to put appart and reuse not more than twice.

Pricey but good stuff

Works well for screws on things like snowboard bindings because it keeps them tight and doesn't react with gear like loctite does.
