I'm unable to measure my dog now. Which size would work for a bichon frise, on the small side?

That's a beauty of a breed of dog. I would think a small. I've got Chihuahuas so I got extra small which fitted them perfectly and I think I got a medium for my husky mix. Small would be too small for that breed and medium would be too big for it.
