this tastes fantastic!!! i throw it on crackers or good toast like a sourdough. great source of protein and your omegas. its really good chopped and thrown in with onions and jalapeños and cilantro for a quick ceviche. so friggen delicious!

Fresh sardines I can use them in different meals like salads with crackers or alone.

These sardines are small, which is what I like. The hot sauce is good and not too excessive. I eat them with saltines which couples well. Finally, the #1 plus is the "use by" date. It was almost 4 years out from the arrival date. That is excellent and not a small thing. The only quibble is the packaging could have been better, as several tins broke out from their box and were dented. But no leaks. Would I buy again? Yes! Especially considering the very reasonable price.

These are tasty and have a nice 'zing' to them from the hot sauce. They are pretty small and the ingredients list them as "sprats" not "sardines", which could explain why they are very different from my other sardine containers. However, they are very good and something I like to keep on-hand for snacking.

Whether it was a bad item or just how it is, they tasted absolutely horrible to me. Just bland and what flavor was there was meh if not off putting. Not buying again.

Sardines are very tender, very soft texture. Taste was good, just very fishy. I couldn't eat them by themselves, so i mixed them with some mayo to help with the fishiness. They're alright, but if the fishiness bothers you, I wouldn't get this brand
