**Q: Does this cleaner restore the softness back to leather?**
A: Hello Carol,Thanks for asking! Aye, Leather Milk should restore the softness back into your leather, as the oils and waxes inside will strengthen and lubricate the bonds between the fibers the makeup the leather and it's texture. As these fibers become lubricated, they can move against each other without chafing, allowing the leather to flex and bend with ease. As these oils affect the surface of your leather, like oils on our own skin, the leather loses its dry and rough texture, and become soft and supple. Just be careful not too apply too much conditioner, or your leather may try to drink more than it can handle. Test your conditioner in a discreet area first, apply gently in light, even layers, and only give as much conditioner as naturally absorbs at a time. Hope this helps!

**Q: Did anyone successfully remove denim stains using this product?**
A: Hey Shelly,Thanks for messaging! You might get denim stains out with conventional leather cleaners like Straight Cleaner, but they can be pretty resilient. Mostly, your leather will need routine cleaning, use, and patience to get denim stains out, loosening the stain with regular cleanings. Otherwise, it might be more time effective to redye the leather instead with some leather dyes. Hope this helps!

**Q: Can I use this product on both my black car leather and my new Portland tote bag color saddle?**
A: have used on both black and parchment (white) car leather (different cars) with no issues.   The conditioner is milk colored but absorbs into the leather without changing the color other than adding a slight shine to the leather.
