Anyways, I managed to get a floor demo 1Dx MkII body for less than what a heavily-used 5d MkIV costs not too long ago and the seller left a rather generous CFast card in the device which sort of made up for the battery being almost completely dead (LP-E19's are not only hard to find, but very expensive unless you live in Japan). While I work on an m.2 mod that has me doing quite a bit of leg work, this adapter is one of those niche items that you wish could multi-task but does the job it's meant to do. It comes with a very proprietary cable that I hadn't seen in years and is probably worth more than the adapter itself.
