When it did I received two of the left brackets and the frame that surrounds the radio. However I didn't receive the right bracket, so I ordered a replacement order. To my surprise it arrived in 2 days, so I was happy I didn't have to wait another 2 weeks. Mistakes happen, but the reason i removed one star is because the product is advertised to fit my car straight out the box which is not the case. I needed to do some tweaking, but i am happy with the final results. Review: Perfect! Couldn't have fit any better.
