As I’ve gotten older, I’ve experienced some “anxiety” symptoms, but nothing bad enough to go on meds for. These are very good for situational anxiety or if you are just on edge and need to calm down. They do not get you high or anything like that, you’re just a bit calmer. I’ve never experienced any side effects at all aside from the calming sensation. Plus they are all natural and non addictive. Good to have around in a pinch.

These have been a blessing! I suffer from severe anxiety and all doctors want to do is throw pills at me, the make my lethargic and not care about anything, they don't help the issue! I purchased these because I wanted something more natural to take that wouldn't leave me lathergic, I do take these at bedtime as I do have trouble sleeping, these have helped big time and I wake up ready to start the day, not sleepy so I am much more productive! Will continue to purchase!

Excellent product. Have always been a skeptic of natural remedies and only took prescription grade meds. But whatever this is it does work very well. Maybe a mix of placebo effect… who knows. Bottom line , is worked very well.

I will start off by saying, this item has helped me quite a bit with my recent stress due to the election, the fallout of it ect. And I can generally recommend it with a few * . It should be noted, this ISN'T an antidepressant or full on anxiety medicine from a doctor. It's more similar to something that lets you get through the day, and even then, depending on the stress or anxiety levels it might not even do that well. First off, it says you can take up to 6 pills a day, and while that is true, I never seen a major difference between taking 2 at a time or 1 at a time. You can probably get away with only taking about 3 a day if you want to conserve the pills. (Though they give you a decent amount for each pack) When you first take it, you will actually feel a rush of anxiety, before it slowly soothes. It less completely get rid of negative thoughts or worries, and more kind of pushes them to the side, still allowing them to crop up from time to time. It's pretty value efficient though, only $9 without shipping costs, and if you hold back with your uses, it will probably last you between 20-25 days per pack. I take mine about every 4 hours, from the moment I wake up, at lunch and right before dinner. It usually is enough to keep me going most days, but it is NOT a cure all. Unless you can remove the source of your anxiety (Which might not be possible) it can only help soothe. Its easy to use, just take it on the onset of symptoms or in a cycle. From what I can tell the effects DO help reduce day by day worries too. However, it never really helped with my irritation or anger, (But that may be because I never took them on the outset of those feelings) Over all, it's something useful to tie you over either until you find a more solid solution to your situation or until you get something far stronger. But for the price I think that is fair.

Surprisingly, these really do work for me. They are very affordable and most definitely have an anxiolytic effect. Definitely worth a try if you are in my same boat, hesitant to take any prescription meds for anxiety/panic but still have symptoms that need addressing. You won’t feel a strong, inebriated effect like with Xanax or alcohol but it will provide relief if you have persistent anxiety. These genuinely make calm, which is what I’m looking for.

My 9 y/o son has Tachysensia and Nocturnal Anxiety and these have worked so well along with breathing techniques, and prayer. He used to have major panic attacks at night with cold sweats, complaining that everything was moving fast. Finally figured out what it was and these tablets- 2 under the tongue about 30 mins before bed have been a game changer for us.

I like this product is natural, and decently priced. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I suffered mild nausea and my already dysregulated nervous system rejected this product, so that my heart raced severely and I trembled. But that's just me. It may be a fine product for others. It's all subjective. But also do your research; most of the natural ingredients (flowers, mostly) which comprise this product, are quite toxic. Of course, the manufacturers run them through a process to remove the toxic aspects, but there is a reason the label tells you not to use this for more than two weeks. A dangerous buildup may occur.

I take these for panic and anxiety. I don't know why the just Sedalia ones aren't out anymore. They worked the best for me. But these have sedalia in it. Not as effective, but still helpful.

If you have a lot of stress or anxiety, this is not the solution. I didn't really see any changes.
