OXO Good Grips 2 Cup Adjustable Measuring Cup

I am glad to finally have one of these adjustable measuring cups! I used one for baking when visiting my family for the holidays and it made it so much quicker and easier, especially for things like peanut butter! It gets everything out easily so you dont have to scrape the sides forver to get it all out for proper measurement. I have other OXO kitchen items and they are all excellent quality and very durable. It has a slide track that rotates up and down to adjust to the desired amount. It does have a small stop area before it slides completely out making it easy to use as well as to clean. I also love that it has one side with liquid measurements and the other for dry. It leaves a gap at the top for liquids so that you can get appropriate amount without it easily spilling over. The writing is bold and stands out making it very easy to read. The product label left a sticky spot on the side from the glue, however Goo B Gone easily took it off! I highly recommend this OXO 2 cup adjustable measuring cup.

This adjustable measuring cup is a game changer. Size makes it easy to store and use. Dishwasher safe (top rack). Nice grip even then hands are wet. Having measurement marks on both sides (2 of each) you can make sure you set and read with ease. Great for college or campers.

This is a perfect measuring cup for making stuff that you have to measure out sticky stuff. It makes it easier to measure and get back into the cooking bowl.

I really like that I can measure both wet and dry ingredients with this. It saves time and space when you don't have to search for several different sizes of measuring cups. It's very handy to have. I love it!

You know how messy it is to measure honey, mayonnaise, sour cream, peanut butter, tomato paste, etc., and then to get it all out of the measuring cup when you're adding it to your other ingredients? Well, no more! We were introduced to the OXO Measuring Cup for Sticky Stuff on America's Test Kitchen/Cook's Country TV. In addition to their great recipes, we have learned that we can trust their reviews and ratings of kitchen gadgets and other equipment. They loved this little measuring tool, so we decided to order one. And now we love it, too! Once again, OXO has come up with a simple-but-brilliant design! My first use was with peanut butter, for a peanut-butter cookie recipe. Wow. What an easy-to-use, helpful little gadget! You just slide the inner part down to the desired volume marking (in this case 1/2 cup), fill the cup with the peanut butter, and the push the peanut butter out into the mixing bowl. The peanut butter came out easily and cleanly. No fuss, no mess! And the two-pieces easily come apart for cleaning -- right in the dishwasher! What a great solution for a messy problem! I'm already thinking about ordering the other sizes! In addition to markings for measuring wet, sticky ingredients, this measuring cup has separate markings for measuring dry ingredients. So it can multi-task! My husband uses it for measuring sour cream before adding it to his favorite recipes, and he loves it, too. We think this little gadget is worth every penny!

The idea of this makes a ton of sense. It's easy to use, put together and take apart and washing and storing super easy. The problem is that the cups slip around if what you're putting in it is thick (like peanut butter) and they tend to come apart when you're pushing it, which means your hands get all gross and it's too gunked up to reattach. Brilliant concept that doesn't quite hit the mark. Probably works great for more thick liquid things (like honey or condensed milk) but I really wanted a solution for peanut butter and this doesn't really cut it.

I love this for liquids. Well made. Easy to use and clean. I have not tried it yet for solids.

I love it! My drawer is much tidier. I'm slowly getting products that save space and this also works great! Very happy!

Great measuring cup with dry and liquid markers. Separates to go in the dishwasher.

Very useful for liquid and solid ingredients, then comes apart easily to clean afterwards.
