Hard to Kill

Description

With the recent passing of Lynwood Slim, this release will be his legacy. This album could have been called "World Wide Wood 2" based on it's contents (songs that Slim recorded all over the globe with various bands), however, Slim was very clear that he wanted this to be called "Hard to Kill". This CD is a must have for all Lynwood Slim fans and people that have never heard of him, but just want a great blues album. Review: There is nobody out there that does it like the Slimmer could - I'm going to say right up front that I'm a huge Lynwood Slim fan. But this CD blows me away. There is nobody out there that does it like the Slimmer could. This CD is so eclectic it has three songs with Slim on flute. A national treasure is gone. Hope someone picks up the torch. But there will never be another Lynwood Slim. Review: Slim's the Man ! - Slim's last cd before he passed away. He will always be my favorite singer/ harp player. He has the smoothest sexiest voice & can sing anything. It's hard for me to choose a favorite cd of his - but this one is right up at the top. Don't pass this one up.
