I had to contact the company because the product arrived with a small problem. It probably got mashed in the mail and the jar would not open. In less than 48 hours, I had a replacement package in my mailbox. That is great service!Now, about the product, root touch up. It's very, very good/ I used dark blonde / light brown and it covered my roots, which are white/gray. And the product does not look weird at all. The amount of product is ample; I'll probably never run out. You need very little to handle your temple areas and part. This product will save me a lot on hair color. Without this product, I would need to color my hair every three weeks. Whether you use a salon or color your own hair, that is a very nice savings of both money and effort. Bravo, Rootflage.

This is great as camouflage for my thinning hair. I brush it into my hair (after it dries) each time I shampoo with miraculous results.It makes the thin spots disappear and it lasts until the next shampoo. There is some messiness to clean up after applying it, but that's a small price to pay for the wonderful results.

This product is a lifesaver in between touch ups at the salon & to fill in some light hair thinning. During my pregnancy I lost some hair around my face & this helps disguise that. Not a lot of product in the vile but you also don't need a lot, so keep that in mind. A little goes a long way with this stuff!

The color I ordered was brown, but what arrived has just enough of a hint of green to be really bizarre for blending into your hair color. Honestly, it looks like baby poop in terms of color. I'm very unhappy with it.

Looked for a cheaper version of the more expensive brand I used to buy on shopping channel. THIS IS IT LADIES. AND GENTS. Also great for eyebrows. Just saying. More natural looking than a pencil. Will be ordering again.
