The Very Hungry Caterpillar

A classic book that every child should have in their library. This book is perfect for toddlers. It is high quality, durable, and engaging. I love the vivid colors, and will always remember reading this as a child myself.

I remember having this book when I was little so now that I have a child of my own, I of course, had to buy the book. It is a much shorter book than I remember, but it is still very cute and such a classic. The colors are very vibrant inside and they keep babies attention. It’s a board book so it holds up well and you don’t have to worry about the pages crinkling.

Great book to read to small children.

The Physical Edition (Board Book): I received the board book edition, and for a household with a 2-year-old, it is the only way to go. The pages are thick, the binding is tight, and—most importantly—the die-cut holes are sturdy enough to survive constant finger-poking without fraying. It’s a book that’s built to be "manhandled." Beyond the charming story, I was impressed by how many concepts are packed into such a short read: Counting: My child loves pointing to the fruits and counting along.

My baby loves this book that we had to get a second one when he destroyed the first one. It's a great board book, the pictures are helpful to teach, he likes putting his fingers in the little holes, and it tells the life cycle of a butterfly. He's 2 now and still loves this book.

Gotta love this book for a baby shower gift. Great author. And anniversary edition.

An absolute favorite in our house! My kids love turning the pages and counting along as the caterpillar eats his way through all the foods. The story is fun, colorful, and teaches numbers and days of the week in such a sweet way. Perfect for bedtime or story time — truly a must-have for any little one’s bookshelf.
