do i have to buy an amplifire, or there is a built in amp on it?!

i wonder abt the product, if i have an exhaust system, high sound, will this speaker will be louder so i can listen to music or it is useless?!

For the 1 week that mine worked it sounded good. I had the speakers mounted on the handlebars and even at highway speeds (60+)I could hear it just fine.
