When using a heat press what temperature would you use and for how long?

Wish I could help I don’t have a heat press I have the cricut easy press and it depends on what type of material you’re placing vinyl on

I know it says foil should be hand washed but has anyone tried washing shirts with it in the washer with success?

wash on delicate cycle, inside out you should be fine i would also hang to dry not dryer
