Not engineered and manufactured to Olfa standards
This supposed Olfa 60mm rotary cutter was 'packaged' in a folded-over taped polyethylene bag and the plastic molded shell was split in two places. There is no way anyone should ship a rotary cutter with an exposed blade like this. There was a nick in the molded plastic. On the cutter itself the join between both sides was wide compared to the other cutter I have. There was some subtle roughness visible. I have used Olfa cutters for around 30 years. This just did not appear to be engineered and manufactured to the same standard.
