Cooling relief and a pleasant smell. The adhesive however is hit or miss, sometimes it is perfectly secure, and other times I feel like it will fall off and I am constantly pushing it back down. Make the first stick, the only stick (once you peel it off, the adhesive is practically useless). The first patch out of a fresh pack is always the best one, although the package seals back up, I feel like the pad loses a bit of it's "oomph". Regardless, I will continue buying this product, I use it often, and have used it for my 6 year old when he complained that he had a headache, he really enjoyed the relief it brought him. Overall, still a 5 star product.
