Purchased 3 of these. Running all with one remote. It was easy to set them up in the SmartLife(Tuya) app and since that is already linked to Google Home, they showed up there. and respond to voice commands (see video) I reversed the direction of one motor in the app, since it hangs on the opposite end. All motors are covered by the drawn curtain stacks. They are super quiet. The window-wall faces directly south, so we got blackout curtains from IKEA which do the job well. We have them automated to open 30 minutes before sunrise and close 30 minutes after sunset. One motor would not pair in the app, but Quoya support sent out a new motor after a little troubleshooting by email. My advice is to watch all of the videos which might apply to your application. They cover several different mounting options, double or single pull, customizing the length, and how to pair the app. They are well done and detailed. They do not come with wall brackets and Quoya had zero stock, so we ordered generic ones from Amazon and adapted them to the included rail clips.

Works spectacularly! WATCH THE INSTALLATION VIDEOS! Installation was time consuming but not difficult (would have been easier with 2 people). Very quiet operation! I had to temporarily turn off my 5GHZ internet to connect the app (instructions in video) but once I ensured I was on 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi it connected right away. I am able to open and close with Alexa (works with Siri too but I haven’t tried setting that up yet) or the included remote. I bought curtain hooks that were small…I recommend getting the larger ones as the ones purchased don’t provide the support needed for the curtain to hide the track…replacing with larger curtain hooks. When installing wall mounts, I found it easiest to connect the ceiling Mount to the wall Mount with only one of the bolts (closest to the wall), then attach wall mounts to wall, then you can rotate ceiling mounts into top of track fairly easily and attach the second bolt to each bracket and tighten both bolts. I would definitely purchase this item again!

Purchased nov 2021, installed dec 2021. Almost 4 years later & i still love this product. YouTube had the best instructions as fast as assembly.. I have 3 smart curtain rods, 2 I have set up to open from right to left and one that opens from the center. both were simple to figure out to set up for your desired opening... so many compliments from friends/family. recently I had an issue with getting my curtains to reconnect to wifi & I emailed customer service & they responded FAST & I was able to reconnect to wifi quickly. easy to connect to alexa. love being able to say "alexa open the curtains" & she does it! 1 million times over i would buy this product again if the occasion were to arise.

There was no instructions in the box, instead a QR code to some YouTube videos. The videos did help a bit, but I wish there was written instructions, but no big deal. By using logic, it can be assembled without instructions. There was two small pieces missing, and I had to improvise a bit. The mounting anchors provided, only hold 10 once each if mounted on drywall ceilings. Wall mount might be OK. I went to Home Depot and got the 20 lbs ceiling anchors that reach trough the drywall. Quality is OK for the price, could be sturdier, specially when hanging super heavy curtains as I did.

After spending several hours of my valuable time I finally determined the problem lies with the trolly design. When I hook up the curtain to the trolly metal extension arm (the one to overlap the curtains when closed) the weight of the curtain pulls down on the arm tilting the trolly and binding it within the track. The trolly on the Q600 is far too loose allowing it to tilt in the track. When this happens it periodically creates too much tension and halts the motor. The motor then seems to create a memory at that point and sticks there until you unplug it and plug it back in. Please don't purchase this until they redesign the trolly and metal extension arm.

We have a wall of windows in our bedroom. 14 foot high and 24 foot across. We have heavy blackout curtains and this rod handles them with easy. It is quite and works perfectly with google home. Two years of automatic daily cycles with no issues. Watched it install videos before tackling the install and I put them up myself.

It’s been a few months and I can’t say enough of how practical these electric curtain rod is . Love the ability to schedule open and close daily programs and ability to adjust if needed throughout the day. Installation was a bit challenging. Connection to the app was simple for a technology savvy person. It is customizable to your space. Glad I took the plunge and purchased it. It will definitely help during summer heat.

I purchased 7 AT5810 electric curtain tracks. Four for a living room and 3 for a bedroom. I'm a pretty good handyman and found the on-line videos very easy to follow to assemble the rods. Programming was a little more tedious. We have iphones and use the Smart Life app to control the curtains which gives much flexibility in how to control the curtains. Currently we have them set on opening just before sunrise and closing right after sunset. They work flawlessly and are quiet. When they open in the morning in our bedroom, we seldom hear it happening. We contacted customer support for assistance in obtaining extra gear box hooks as there were only two per kit. We needed more as we have very heavy drapes on each rod. There is no product support located in the U.S. and you end up talking to the UK support group, however they were very accommodating. They were going to charge me a lot for the hooks as well as international shipping but after I explained to them that I bought seven units, they sent me the hooks at no charge. The remotes work great and we've had no issues although we seldom use them. I also programmed SIRI to operate the curtains, either individually or by room or all together. It does take time to do the set-up on SIRI but it works well. I definitely recommend this product.

Ok, but bought with the 130 degree bends for a bay window, 1 pair were ok but the other 3 pairs were too narrow for the runners to go through them. The helpline is useless. They are very tricky to put together and install (these were very large bay windows). If it wasn’t for the fact that the bends did not work i would have given a higher rating, but not dure they are worth the hassle, particularly as I had curtains made to fit, but the rails won’t work. They are probably better if you have a straight window (and much easier to Put together)

the product cannot be as tight in the rail as one would wish, that means that there is an unpleasent noise when the slides passes over this area. I am sure this can be be minimized taking the rail up and down making minor adjustments, but it is hard for 2 persons taking a 6,7m rail down and up for this, and recieve new results. The product except from this and another minor problem is AWSOME, and I really LOVE IT!!! The other minor problem is that I can with voice (Google Home) turn it on and of, but open and close curtain just opens it, open should open and close should cloke as turns on closes and turn off opens etc. All together a big thank you for this AWSOME product!!!!!

Quoya QL600 Smart Electric Curtain Track 4-5 Meter Also, ich habe nach mehr als 15 Jahren meine Vorhangsteuerung ersetzt durch diese hier um eine 3 Meter Leinwand Artgerecht zu unterhalten :-). Zu dieser Zeit gab es so etwas wie eine Vorhangsteuerung in Deutschland nur zu Mondpreisen woraufhin ich eine für kleines Geld, so um die 300 Euro mit Steuern Online in den USA kaufte. Diese noch mit Stahlseilen arbeitende und deswegen auch viel viel lautere Geschichte fing jetzt an zu zicken und musste letztendlich ausgetauscht werden. Ich bin sehr angetan von dieser Quoya Steuerung. Qualität und Preis stimmen hier wirklich. Eine relativ gute Beschreibung der verschiedenen Installationen (auf Englisch) findet man bei YouTube. So war es für mich relativ einfach das Ganze zusammen zu bauen. Der Tausch, hier sieht man eine 4,3 Meter Wand mit einer 3 Meter Leinwand war wegen meiner Alten, also der Vorhangsteuerung, nicht das wir uns hier missverstehen, doch etwas Aufwändiger als ich dachte. Kinderleicht und fast wie von selbst verband sich der extrem leise Motor mit der Smart Life App und auch Alexa hatte keine Einwände. Also alles gut. Übrigens auch eine sehr schöne Fernbedienung gibt es im Paket. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Tatsache geschuldet, das nicht mal einer dieser Plastikteilchen, die sind aber auch empfindlich, als Ersatz beiliegt. Das finde ich schade denn das ist Pfennigskram. Ich musste nach dem zusammendrücken 2 dieser Riemenclipse wieder lösen wobei bei einem der Beiden eine kleine Nase abgebrochen ist, ich hoffe es hält auch so. Ansonsten kann ich ruhigen Gewissens eine Kaufempfehlung aussprechen. Wie lange das System hält wird die Zukunft zeigen.
