Ordered plain and the single rectangle to replace the old style ballusters on two staircases in our home. Very easy to install and we love the new modern look. Unfortunately, after installation some furniture movers damaged one of the new ballusters. When I contacted the seller to see if I could purchase only one replacement, they immediately contacted me to replace it at no charge. Fast response and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this product and seller!

Good update for my house

These look and worked great for us.

These balusters do not seem to work with the 1/2” connectors that you sell. The connectors are too big to slide into the square end of the baluster. Perhaps I bought the wrong connectors? Can someone tell me which connectors they used?

I returned these because I was able to find the same item cheaper elsewhere.

I waited to long to open package and when i did they were rusty. Package didn't show any indication of water damage so they must have been shipped that way. I'm out $80. To bad they would have done the job.

Was especially happy with the company. Ran short on some parts and they sent them quickly. Very friendly. Banister was a lot of figuring out placement but it all came out great.
