How do you use this??? This was not pumping any fluid do me when I tried it.

Just add fluid into the container and just start pumping, that's how it worked for me. NOTE: It worked okay for a little, then the pump started to stick and Then it just stopped pumping (jammed). It was cheap so don't expect it to last long. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for". Don't recommend buying.

I bought 3 of these last October and one quit pumping. How do I go about warrantying that one?

E Mail the Company. And Good luck! They told me they would warranty it after I paid to send it back to them. And then they changed their minds and said that is was not warrantied because it had water in it. I told them water is one of the approved fluids. Still no warranty. Unscrew the metal pipe from the red plastic piece. inside you will find a small red plastic piece that turned and blocked the passages to let the fluids out the discharge hole.turn it to allow the fluid to come out and put it back together. I have thrown both of mine in the trash. I will never buy anything from Lumax again-EVER!

is the container size one quart with the pump installed or is the capacity less once the pump is put back in after filling?

It is a quart but the pump does not last long. After maybe a hand full of times using it, the pump had fallen apart and became useless. I don't recommend this unit and it's up to you.

It is a simple mechanism that works like a soap dispensers. The hose needs to be submerged in the liquid and you need to pump for a while to prime the system, empty the air and fill liquid into the pipe. Should work!
