Gönderilen kartuş yazıcımda çalışmadı. Hata verdi. Resetle de sorun giderilemedi. İlk gönderilen ürünü bu nedenle iade ettim. Yerine gönderilen kartuş ta aynı şekilde hata verdi. Sonuçta bu kartuşlar HP 2130 yazıcımla uyumlu çıkmadı. Bu nedenle ikinci ürünü de iptal edip para iadesi istedim. Çok kısa sürede paramı iade ettiler.

Los artículos llegaron en excelentes condiciones, desafortunadamente, no fueron compatibles con la impresora, sin embargo el proveedor accedió a reembolsarme todo, el costo de la mercancía y el envío. Fue fácil contactarlo y mantuvo una excelente comunicación. Gracias por la atención y apoyo!
