I use one syringe for 2 weeks, I do whitening 1 time per year or 1 time in 18 months. You don’t need to apply the gel on the caps with a strip; do not irritate. It is important not to eat coloring food for 10 days - beets, cha1, cola, etc., if your teeth are sensitive, then you can use nurofen.
