Excellent Sleep Aid
I am extremely sensitive to noise when I am sleeping. The slightest sound, such as a random tick from the ceiling fan or creak from the staircase, will wake me immediately. I have been using the now-defunct Bose Sleepbuds for the last couple of years with great success. Unfortunately, the battery life has started to dwindle and I’ve experienced a few other issues common with the earbuds. Since they are discontinued, I don’t have a good alternative yet easily available (don’t get me started on how bad competitors such as Anker’s Soundcore are). So, I decided to give these earplugs a try. Why not, for the price? I am beyond pleased to say that these earbuds are EXCELLENT for use when sleeping. They don’t block out all noise, and one may think they are not effective, but the key is what “type” of noise they block out. I can hear my wife talking to me, for example (though she is slightly muffled), but these completely block out those annoying ticks, rattles, creaks, and other small but sharp noises that wake me in the night. I am able to hear my alarm in the morning without fail. They are extremely comfortable in the ears (even for side sleepers, like myself). When I wake in the morning, they are still very secure. I have had no issue with them falling out. If you are looking for an affordable solution to noise blocking at night, this is a great place to start.

Works great for me
These are very very comfortable and functional. They work for me exactly as described in the product description. I haven't had an issue with the carrying case so far. It doesn't seem flimsy to me. I like it's silicone loop so I can attach it the the inside of my purse and have my Loop ear plugs accessible and easy to find if I need to pop them in. The really do mute most sound and remove exterior noise that is not in my direct attention. I thing the key to that is finding the actual right size for you out of the four sizes it comes with. A few sizes "fit" my ears. But only the extra small worked all the way/correctly for me. I use these for a few different things. I bought them primarily for sleep and napping. I have trouble sleeping at night with exterior noise in my home (especially when it's quiet at night aside from those things). I get overestimated by things such as the sounds of my dishwasher and laundry machines, my AC running, cars outside, dogs barking outside, ect. No matter how tired I am; I cannot fall asleep with all of this stimulation keeping me awake. I have gotten great sleep with these ear plugs at night. I can fall asleep much faster and much more soundly while wearing these. They are very comfortable to sleep in and I had no issue with them falling out at all. I forgot I was wearing them. I appreciate that they do not mute all sound, entirely. I can still hear my 1 year old when he wakes at night (he sleeps in my room). This is very important to me to be able to hear him so I can attend to his needs when needed. I wouldn't be able to wear ear plugs otherwise. It does however block most sound to where the volume of "life" is at a much lower volume. And it's very dampened. It makes focusing on things I'm doing or just tolerating an overstimulating day very easy. Sometimes, my son will cry if I use the restroom or wash my hands. I will pop in my ear plugs before I do these things so that his crying isn't so powerful to my senses. It keeps me calmer and allows me to focus on him and his needs (as opposed to half of my attention being on being overwhelmed by the situation). It has made me a better parent in that way. I have found that morning walks can be more peaceful while wearing these as well. And I get into a great state of meditation with these. Normally, I struggle to calm my mind and body for meditation. These are a great meditation tool. I have implemented these ear plugs into my every day life and have been happy with the positive changes they provide me. I'm happy with my purchase and the price matches the value in my opinion. I'd buy again

"Ok", but way overpriced
Bought these to try out with my motorcycle riding. Mainly to block wind noise when wearing a half-helmet. My motorcycle does not have a wind shield or fairing (it's a Bobber). I haven't tried them with a 3/4 or full yet as I rarely wear them. The pros (in order of importance): 1) Very comfortable - much more comfortable than any foam insert I've ever used in over 20 years. Foam is NOT adjustable. As it expands in the ear, it compresses and after a while (for me) it causes discomfort, pressure, and heat. These Loops do none of that. Comes with various sizes to fit perfectly. 2) Easy to use/insert into ears - No pinching and rolling to insert like foam, holding in place until it expands, or readjustments to get a good seal. Simply insert and go, and no wind/noise leaks. 3) Small and lightweight - I've used metal earplugs, which work better than foam but cannot find them lately to replace the ones I've lost on the road (they are also expensive, and can cause the same discomfort as foam). All earplugs are "light", but these have no excess material making them much smaller and a low profile; and the material is thinner and more flexible making them lighter. 4) Durability - I've only had them about a week and a half so can't speak to the longevity just yet. But the material and design seem durable. No tears or deformation yet; still like new after about 12 uses. 5) Noise reduction - this is a pro and a con. Foam and metal plugs cut too much ambient noise, separating you from your surroundings. These Loops cut ambient noise down to a very tolerable level while maintaining your awareness of your surroundings (like cars, road noise, and your own bike). The Cons: 1) Noise reduction - With thinner material there is a trade-off. While ambient noise is vastly reduced, they do not cut all of the irritating wind noise, which is most important to me. Still, it does cut about 70% of the wind, so this is really a small trade-off for all the pros. Perhaps I'll try stepping up to higher model with a higher db reduction at a later date. 2) Price - While reusable, I'm sure they will lose their effectiveness over time, or I'll lose one on the road. With Foam plugs, i have a cheap and never ending supply. There is nothing high-tech about Loops, it's about .25 cents worth of (whatever) material. The packaging costs more. It would be fair to charge the same price for a 3-pack in the same box. Overall, I am happy with them.

Helps me a lot
Loop Quiet There are both good and bad things but I would say the good highly outweighs the bad. I will start with the good. I have had this pair for like a month now and I use them all the time. I live in a house where u can hear everything through the walls and most of my day is spent at school and at work. Due to these things, I would always get overstimulated and be super tired trying to get rest, but u can’t really get rest with music blasting in your ears (trying to cope with the sounds somehow). In addition to that, I am a person of prayer so I always prayed at home with music on due to noise. Let me just say, a lot has changed after getting these. Whenever I get overwhelmed and I need a break, these bring my mood back to normal and my tiredness goes down a lot. I even used these for loud sermons and they work great to help reduce noise. I’m not as tired after church thanks to them. Taking a little nap with these is such an amazing experience. I really enjoy actually getting rest. I realized I have been missing a lot with all the noise. Now about the slight negatives. I have found these to sometimes to be a bit uncomfortable since I like to put them in deeper, but in general, since I don’t wear them all the time I still think these are worth the buy. The smallest size is probably a bit big for me. When u are overwhelmed and u feel like u can’t function as a person, these are priceless. I also was given a pair of noise canceling over-the ears headphones, but those produce noise so these are good to have as a combo to reduce sound even further for the full silence u want. But in general, I love these. I take them everywhere I go because I can’t see myself not having them anymore Update 9 Nov 2025 - still love them and use them on the daily :) bought a second pair now

ADHD RELIEF! Try these!
I’d like to update my review. Why are these $8 more than when I first bought them in 2022. Greed is a nasty thing. Some are as high as $34 now. When I originally purchased these they were $19. They are not worth the current price between $28-$34 in my opinion. I will be purchasing something similar elsewhere, I will not buy more of these. Okay so if you have ADHD you understand the sensory issues related to noise. So I got these today and they do not cancel out all noise however hear me out, they do remove all the background noise such as my water fountain, the clocks ticking, the scampering of my animals feet as they walk or chase eachother around (2 dogs 3 cats) the sound of the quick movement stresses me out and now I can’t hear any of it. My husband who talks fairly low to me has to speak louder so I can make out what he’s saying. The cars that are usually so abrasive when they speed by my house with there loud engines sound muffled and very far away when my dogs bark I can hear it but the high pitch isn’t ringing in my ears it just sounds like a bark if that makes since. So all the background noise is gone and the abrasive noises such as the dogs high pitched barking and the loud engines of the cars driving by is muffled down now. At this time everyone’s went to bed so it’s pure silence. I love this. It will take some getting used to having them in my ears but they are more comfortable than others I’ve tried. The peace of the quietness is so calming to my sensory overload from the noise. I’m so thankful I ordered these I can finally relax now.

Better than expected!
To start, I want to give a little too much information about myself and why I needed these, in the hopes that it might help you decide if they’re right for you! *TW for mentions of anxiety.* I’ve been having a lot of anxiety induced paranoia for the first time in my life, so hearing sounds like cars driving by or my dogs walking through the house is enough to send me straight into a panic attack, causing me to not catch a wink of sleep. It doesn’t help that I’m a light sleeper. My boyfriend needs the tv cranked to sleep, and I’ve finally gotten used to that, but it’s still not enough to keep background sounds out. And on top of that, sensory overload has also been a frequent thing in my life recently! So, after reading lots of reviews and a lot of decision making, I landed on these. I love them! They’re comfy enough to sleep in, and they don’t fall out the way an AirPod would. I toss and turn a lot, and I’m also a side sleeper and I can’t feel them when I’m on my side which is super important. They block out background noises, including the sound of the heater that we run at night, but I can still hear the tv well. Sometimes, I’m not even aware how much sound they block out until I take them out and realize it’s really loud without them! They’re really great for everyday use. I also want to mention the few downsides that I’ve noticed. They're super tiny, including the case, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but if you lose things easily then it’s something to keep in mind. They can take some maneuvering to get in correctly, and on nights where it particularly takes me a lot of wiggling to get them in, then my ears do get sore. They’re not totally noise cancelling, but I expected that and they’re perfect for my needs. I also love the cute pink color. I hope this helps! Super happy with my purchase and if anything changes I’ll be sure to update my review 💛

Way Overpriced and Extremely Uncomfortable if not Damaging to the Ear Itself
Oh these definitely are noise cancelling if you get them in just right, but in order to do so one has to really cram them down in there and get a suction going which if removed improperly can be EXTREMELY DAMAGING to your ear drums. So buyer beware! If you do decide to purchase these, they will only work if you get that suction in your ears going, which can not only lead to some pretty severe damage but it will also mess with your vestibular nerves in your ears which can cause severe vertigo, nausea and vomiting if you get the pressure wrong or wear them for too long. I have ASD with extreme sound sensitivity so being able to find a comfortable, extended use option for noise dampening or full out cancellation is pretty essential to my daily life. However, I could not use these for more than twenty minutes at a time or less before they started hurting my ears. I went down to the smallest size to see if that would help, but those were too small and there was zero noise reduction. I tried the larger size, thinking maybe if I didn't have to cram them so deeply into my ears there wouldn't be as much discomfort, not only was that still extremely uncomfortable, more than uncomfortable, painful, but it also rubbed my inner ear wrong and it felt like a rug burn in one of my ears. I couldn't use anything at all for a few days until that healed up. Even my super soft, typical go to Macks which are about the softest you can get were still too painful to wear until my ear healed. To the normal person that may seem like just a minor annoyance, but for somebody like me with severe sound sensitivities, not being able to muffle or blot out noise living on a busy, loud main street sent me into a major Autistic shut down and I was pretty much incapacitated for a week. They may be sleek and look cool and the idea of not having to keep buying foam ear plugs over and over might seem too good be true... Because, it is. Save your money, and your ears. On top of everything else, I got an ear infection because my doctor told me that your ears need to be able to "breathe" and "drain" properly, and plugging them up for hours at a time with solid silicone is simply not healthy to do.

The best noise reducing headphones!
I was really trying to find something that I could sleep in comfortably! For me at least, these fit inside my ear and don’t stick outside my ear, which was an issue for me with the blue tooth headphones I had been using to serve this function. I am able to comfortably sleep on my side with these in, and it doesn’t cause any discomfort in my ear. I also live in an apartment, and these are amazing because we live on the second floor and it just gently fuzzes out all that extra apartment noise such as foot steps above us or the occasional dropped item above us. I can still hear the tv for the most part, and I can hear my husband talking to me. It fuzzes out all the stuff I don’t want to hear while keeping what I do want. These are also extremely comfortable and they don’t feel bulky or really feel like I’m wearing much which is nice. These headphones provide me such peace when I just want a quiet moment. Update: 11-03-23: I wanted to update this review as I have used these for quite a bit now. I absolutely love these headphones. I put them on the second I get home from work and they stay on until I go to work the next day. I wear these all day and night on weekends. If you have noisey apartment neighbors above you, these are amazing. I don’t hear the foot steps or other random noises. Also fuzzes out the noises of people in the hallway. I literally love these things so much. I can now sleep peacefully without being woken up by my cats playing in the night, and my husbands alarm no longer wakes me up a 2am. They are quite durable, I have needed to clean them a few times, I just take a cotton pad with some soap and water to clean them. I do like the case as it is small and I bring it with me everywhere in my bag. However, it is difficult to get open sometimes, but it is not a big deal.

Review after one month of usage
I have been using these for over a month now, and these work great. Few times I thought that my fan is not working because I cannot hear it (I have an additional table fan and it makes decent noise because it is too close to me), but the fan works and these ear plugs were blocking the noise. It seems to be a little expensive but the best ear plugs that I have used so far; Unlike other ear plugs, these are much more comfortable and they block more noise than other ear plugs. Using these also seem to have improved my sleep quality (and maybe even my concentration levels?) Although they come out of my ears while sleeping (maybe because I roll a lot or maybe because I prefer to sleep on my side, idk), but I like it this way as it allows me to hear my alarm in the morning. Update: it turns out, that my ear canal size is too small (weirdly, the size is a little different for both of my ears) which is why they always come out while I am sleeping. Loop company does make smaller sized (xxs) ear plugs but for some reason, they do not ship those to India, so I guess that I will have to live with the smaller size that I received. My friends for whom the ear plugs fit more suitably say that their plugs do not come out while sleeping and their experience is much better and comfortable than mine.

Molto soddisfatta
