The back cover was missing and the display was glitchy. However, when I contacted the seller, I got a prompt response back and after describing and verifying the issue, I was able to return the product in exchange for a replacement. The replacement product has worked well and is overall a very good choice for screen repair. Very pleased. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Fragile screen - NEED tempered glass *by O***G on August 6, 2016* Phone lightly fell and that resulted on the screen being broken again and it was on a soft surface. It does the trick of being a screen bit make sure to pad it with a thick tempered glass. ### ⭐ Worked Great for 2 weeks *by T***N on December 19, 2015* Worked Great for 2 weeks! Started going wack today. Colors are off, screen very dark, much of it unreadable. There is lots of ghosting, where the image is bleeding into other areas. Phone is unusable.
