Dropped the glasses one time and the outer rim cracked and the lens fell out. The company was nice enough to refund my purchase price.

In the month of April I bought some glasses which were broken, I wrote to them to ask about the warranty and they responded very kindly, they asked me for my shipping information to replace under warranty and I sent it to them and I never received a response again which made me have a bad perception of the service and I gave a bad opinion which was wrong and I apologize for that, but this was due to a system error which they showed me that this is what happened and is the reason why I retracted it, after returning to Talking to the company they gave me excellent service and not only did they replace my lenses but they gave me the option to change the color which I am very grateful and in love with my new lenses that look fabulous and feel of good quality. In my experience with MARE AZZURO I would rate it a 10+. Thank you for such good after-sales service

Update: both pairs I bought have now broken. After much consideration, I bought a replacement pair. I know they’ll break in a few months but I need to see and not have sore eyes after work. ————————- like these glasses. I can now war my contacts, view my computer screen, and have protection from the blue light of the screen, which is nice. There is significant distortion in the lower outer portions of the lenses, but I've gotten used to it. As I mostly read from my central vision, it's not a big deal for me. As the highest # for readers I can find at any store is 3.5, it was nice to be able to try a 4.0. It is great for me! I'm a slightly larger than average male, and the glasses fit me well, are not tight, and do not slip. They only come with a cloth bag to put the glasses in. (Similar in material to the cloth to rub the lenses clean). I wish they came with a real case so I could bring them to more places than my desk at work. I bought a second pair for at home, but don't take them out of the house b/c I know they'll get scratched without a proper box to carry them in. First pair was just thrown in a large, NOT padded envelope, but somehow the glasses were ok, even though the box them come in were crushed pretty badly. Second pair was put in a cardboard box with another item I bought, and came in better condition. The black box you see in the picture is just packaging; I though it was the carry case. It is not. But good glasses, and price was reasonable for $17.

Not Worth the Hype I was hopeful about these MARE AZZURO Blue Light Blocking Reading Glasses, but unfortunately, they missed the mark. First off, the fit was incredibly uncomfortable. The frames are bulky and heavy, making them tiresome to wear for extended periods. I also noticed that the blue light blocking claims didn’t live up to my expectations – I still experienced eye strain after a couple of hours on my computer, which defeats the purpose of having these glasses in the first place. The quality of the lenses also felt cheap. They scratched easily after just a few days of use, even with careful handling. For a pair of reading glasses at this price point, I expected much better durability. Overall, I'm disappointed with my purchase. I wouldn't recommend these glasses to anyone looking for effective, comfortable blue light blocking readers. Look elsewhere if you want quality and comfort.

I’ve had these glasses for over a month now I had a problem where the frame broke close to the nose piece Instead of reaching out to Amazon I contacted the manufacturer I emailed them with my issue and within a few hours they responded they ask for my order number I sent the Amazon order number but they couldn’t find it With out hesitation they are sending me a new pair I am greatly appreciated for this I will be purchasing all my future orders with this company from here on. Now for the review These glasses are very lightweight and ultra clear I have a bigger head and they fit just right no issues as far as quality they could be just a tad bit tougher meaning different plastic to make them more rigged but best of all the direct customer service is hands down the best

Very nice looking but very substandard quality. If they fall in a hard surface there goes the glass. If you pressed in your pocket the plastic or the legs breaks.

These are a quality item for the 2.0 magnification purpose. But these fail completely at "blue light blocking." There is no difference between these and clear lens eyeglasses; hence only a 2 rating.

I am new to wearing blue light blocking glasses, and I chose these for the combination of magnifying power as well. Have tried other models that have worked out very well as well. One hour wearing these and I felt the relaxation taking place. It came in a half crashed Amazon envelope instead of a box for better protection, and it made me feel concerned they were damaged, but no, they are perfect. It came with a soft fabric for cleaning, also a soft bag for carrying, a safer string to wear them around your neck, and also a tiny screwdriver for adjustment. Well thought. I would buy this product again.

es raro escribir una mala opinion de la marca, ya habia comprado lentes de esa marca antes y nunca tuve problemas, sin embargo éstos en particular salieron de mala calidad y se rompieron/quebraron del aro despues de una semana de uso. debi haber tomado fotografia pero no tuve la precaucion.

me llego en tiempo y esta bien el producto, tiene buena presentación y sobre todo cumple con el aumento requerido sin distorsionarse las letras a una buena distancia de la pantalla de la computadora.
