Great for added compression to help reduce swelling post lipo/tummy tuck. You can wear it under your garment. I do wish it was a touch bigger but it helped a lot and even helped my posture with out being too firm.

Don’t waste your money. I brought this to add some more compression since my faja is getting lose. Instead it just made it feel less compressed. It was almost as if it was just stretching out my faja. I went back to the lipo foam in between my faja which I feel more compression with. This board is also extremely stiff will not shape around your body. Going to just stick with my lipo foam till I can afford a smaller faja. Save your $

This table is too hard and cannot be adjusted after a fat transfer we need something semi-hard and this does not fulfil its function. I don't recommend it.
