I have to hold mine nearly sideways for all 4 lights to go green.** A: Here are the instructions to recalibrate .... 1. Place the EzLevel on a flat surface like a dinning table, oriented so that the EzLevel logo is on top (it does not have to be a level surface). 2. Push the power button to activate EzLevel 3. Push and hold power button for 10 seconds, when lights go OUT, let go of button. 4. When all lights go red, rotate the Ezlevel 180 degrees in the same spot (the EzLevel logo should be upside down at this time.) 5. Push the power button for 1 second and let go. 6. The lights will go off and then go red for a few seconds then resume normal operation. 7. The EzLevel is now re-calibrated. **Q: I have held the button for 10 sec, and release after lights go out. When all lights turn red? My never does this.** A: If you are level the lights will turn green, if you are off level left to right those lights will turn red if you are off level front to back those lights will turn red. I highly recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really like it. *by C***E on April 23, 2017* I took this out on our first trip with a new motorhome. I have hydraulic leveling so needed to know when Im level. Right away I got 2 green lights on opposing sides but I could not get it level and I tried for the full 10 minutes. When I tried to get the other lights to go green I lost the 2 I had. I don't know what IM doing wrong but I messed around with it till I got frustrated. Ill try it again on the next trip, but Im thinking of adding bubble levels so I get an idea of what it takes to level it. I will update if I have better news.UPDATE BETTER NEWS, I WAS USING THIS WRONG. Someone told me I have to have 2 legs front to back and 2 legs side to side. Then voila, it worked. Im much happier with it now. It makes leveling a breeze.
