Can these be put in the washing machine? If so what is recommended?

Here are a few steps to wash/clean your boxing gloves. 1) Take some lukewarm water and add some gentle detergent to it. 2) Take a clean cloth and soak it in the water and clean the glove gently. 3) Keep the glove away from direct sunlight & let it air dry in the room (no electric dryers).
