First timers have taken my advice about it because I believed it was the best smoothing system on the market.Ive done 3 clients so far with this particular bottle I bought.Two called me and complained that the product didnt work.They returned to my salon and I saw first hand that their hair is back to the waves and frizz they had in the matter of a couple weeks.The other client mentioned that this smoothing treatment was nothing like the first one I did on her. ( with a previous bottle that I had )Between customers dissatisfaction, loss of money because of refunds I had to give them AND cost for me to buy this product has me very upset and skeptical about using it again.The bottle that I received was sealed, lotion has the same color and consistency as it usually does. It smelled the same as always and the results were the same as usual when the clients left my salon.I make up custom after care pamphlets that I give each client who recieves this treatment so they know exactly how to care for their new smooth look. We review it together before they leave my salon so there are no questions about care at home.
