will this cleaner work on maytag stainless steel refrigerator which is non magnetic, and will it streak or produce eventual residue build up?

Do not use this product it messes up my refrigerator and it is terrible. It put some kind of streaks in my stainless steel refrigerator. This product is awful!!!

Will this product remove hard water stains, such as under the water/ice despenser where I've got a leak?

Yes, this product overtime will remove water marks.

Can I use this on my granite?

I wouldn't want to risk it. Weiman makes a granite cleaner and polish; I don't have granite but hopefully the product is as good as the stainless cleaner.

Can this be used on a black stainless steel fridge?

Yes, I believe so as I use it on my black stove top
