Our USB switch was constantly disconnecting. Replaced the cables and problem solved.

Update: Company contacted me asking my current address to send me a new cable. I am in Brazil and the cannot send it here do they have a full refund. I am satisfied with customer service and with that kind of safety net I will purchase from them again. Cable stopped working, I was using it to connect an external HD to the XBOX One and suddenly it stopped working. The HD lights up but there is a lag and the cable disconnects. I expected the cable lasted at least one year.

this was meant to extend the distance of cable for my PCIE Riser card and so far after about 6 months nothings broke or malfunctioned with these cables. These cables get my seal of approval
