They are a tiny bit expensive but if your setting up, tearing down, or just reconfiguring, the ease of operation make it totally worth it. I use these on my tube lights. The plate portion of this quick release is compatible with 1/4-20 screw threads so you may need adapter bushings for your particular application. This also comes as a ball head quick release which are GREAT for light cameras. Review: OMG! Fantastic rig accessory! - This is a fantastic camera rig accessory. One hates to provide negative comparisons, but Edelkrone has a quick-release accessory that I have that has turned out to be cumbersome and "not-at-all quick" when it comes to releasing a camera, or camera with camera cage, from any support - tripod, etc. This ULANZI Claw Arca QR Plate Kit truly is quick, as quick as consumer tripod plates that are commonplace.
