Works as advertised

Easy to put together, easy to use. It works well to take videos on your phone. I used it to make suture tying videos for a class, but you could use it for other videos of things you're doing with your hands. It's sturdy and flexible and easy to adjust.

The top part is a little wobbly but that may be user error. The spring that holds the phone snaps quickly- watch fingers! I think once I learn to use it better and get it situated, it will be great for my "projecting" photos to trace purposes.

This stand has worked perfectly. Highly recommend this product. It has been easy to work around while working on my project.

Honestly it's a little hard to get this holder to stand up for amounts of time in a certain angle, but aside from that, this is affordable and worth the purchase if you're looking to buy.

Fits together easily and is a robust construction.

Sadly suffer with two arms, a third would be handy. This purchase was well overdue, taking product pics for 3d printing is tedious when you have to be an octopus wedging the model at the right angle and having it stay while you juggle with the phone and spotlight. It comes mostly assembled and is packed well, assembly is easy and quick. I found one swing-out leg a little looser but gave it a tap between two hammers to tighten the rivet and its perfect. The flexible rod is stiff and will hold most reasonable weighted phone/light setups with ease, getting the right position has been ok so far and theres no sag. A remote bluetooth camera button may be helpful for my next photoshoot. Phone holder is great and can be mounted in landscape or upright, the addition of a coldshoe for your light is awesome and most appreciated. All in all this is a really good budget friendly tool for anyone who takes pic/video, streaming, or even just to hold a light.
