When the center pole is NOT expanded at all, how tall is it?

The center pole is not retractable, there’s only one option for height.

confused about the measurements.. what are the exact measurements? opened to use how tall? the top rack when open how wide and how long?

Height = 32"Width = 19"Length = 35"
