Looks great and works quite well to light the porch and save energy with the motion sensor. Sensor catches from the sidewalk, so you don't have to walk up a dark yard before it turns on. It was easy to install too.

After several years of purchasing items from Amazon, this is my first review. I quickly decided to write this review because of the outstanding customer service that I received from the seller. When I received the wall lantern, I had it installed by a local handyman. Once installed, it worked fine. However, when I attempted to use the remote control, it didn't work. I tried changing the battery, but that didn't help. Amazon would have provided a refund, but the lantern had already been installed and was working (except for the remote control). I then searched for how to contact the seller directly. It took me several minutes to figure out how to do so, but I eventually discovered how to send a message. Their response was very prompt, and they quickly shipped me a replacement. The lantern looks nice, it works quite well so far, and now I can control it with the remote if I choose to do so. Honestly, I'm not sure how often I will use the remote control, but it is a nice feature nonetheless. I would still be very satisfied if a remote control did not come with the lantern. The look of the fixture is aesthetically pleasing, well priced, and comes with a bulb. Bulb was a bit bright so that got replaced. Only minor complaint is that the motion sensor is sensitive and there's no way to adjust this. Light comes on or brightens, depending on setting, everytime a car drives by. Still, very nice.

I initially bought 2 of these lights for either side of my garage door. I've had lights at a prior home that provided the dusk to dawn reduced 30% accent lighting. These 2 lights worked as described. I was a happy camper. (Vendor ID: HL) I was so pleased that I decided to purchase one additional light for the back service door to the garage. (Vendor ID: HS) The light's motion detection worked as expected, but the reduced 30% accent lighting did not function in either "Test" mode or at night in "Auto" mode. So, I chatted with Amazon to see if I had overlooked something with my install. That came up dry. I then went to the trouble of swapping the problem light and one of the front working lights. The problem light's 30% brightness didn't work in this location either. The front working light worked fine when installed at the back service door location. So, I returned the light assuming it was defective and requested a replacement. The replacement light behaved the same way. So, I return the light and again requested a replacement. This 3rd light also behaved the same way. So, I chatted with Amazon again. They proved a link for me to send a message the seller detailing my problem. I received a clear and concise response the next morning. They told me that by removing the top cap over the light sensor, I should ensure that the switch was set to "High" and not to "Low". Sure enough, the problem light's switch was set to "Low" by default. The front working lights were set to "High" by default. No mention of this hidden switch is provided in the instructions, nor was Amazon support aware of its existence. I've attached the jpg that the seller provided me about the Hidden Switch. I'm a Happy Camper again. All the lights work as described.

Very bright when motion sensed & dims when no motion…. Definitely would buy again

This lamp works as advertised, and it's a terrific value. I was replacing a broken lamp, so the installation was super easy. There are a lot of options setting up the lamp's behavior, so take a look at the spec sheet. Once you decide what you want the lamp to do, use the handy remote control. The color code flashing is nice (it confirms your choices), but not visible in bright daylight. Highly recommended.

I've had my lamp for a year and it works great.

Looks nice, but the glass was broken in several places. Returned.
