A life saver! Highly recommended for painful calluses
I walk a LOT. I had a thick callus in the middle of the ball of my foot, below my toes. which almost came to a point in the middle of the callus area. That part became very painful to walk on. By the time this product arrived I was walking with a limp and limiting my steps. I applied the patch after a shower and my foot had dried. The gel pad was an immediate relief. It stuck well, did not peel at all. It stayed put until I peeled it off 48 hours later. At that point after a shower, I removed the pad and patch. I could see a softening of the area where the patch was and the tip of the area that was the thickest, most painful part came off with the patch. I let my foot dry and applied the next patch and gel pad. After the second set, I could see a definite separation happening, but it wasnโt ready to come off yet. So I applied the third set. After 48 hours, when I peeled off the pad and patch the callus came with it. All but the thickest spot that had come to a point came off. Some of that was left behind but it was much thinner and smaller. The new skin was a little tender so I decided to wait on the 4th patch and pad. Within one day the tenderness was gone. After a few showers more of the smaller area that was left just fell off. Iโm now ready to apply the 4th set. But walking is once again pain-free. Throughout the whole process, just one day was tender, but even so it was still a relief over the pain I was in before I first applied this product. I highly recommend it. I applied three sets, one after the other, taking 6 days total. I bought two more boxes to start on my other foot and for my husband to try. Thank you Dr. Scholls!

Works great
I thought I'd have to do a bunch of scrubbing with this product but I didn't - the callus just kinda softened after one application that I left on for nearly 24 hours. I had to use tape to secure the pads onto my foot - they do not stick to each other which was kinda confusing at first, and the adhesive doesn't stick to your skin

I DON'T NORMALLY LEAVE REVIEWS, BUT THIS WORKS!!!
Long story I developed a blister from dance back in 2016. Having had minor blisters before, I paid it no mind. It eventually became calloused. Being a stubborn knuckle dragger, I again paid it no mind. It would hurt periodically, but nothing too serious, at least I thought. During a routine physical, the doc noticed some irregularities in my stance. Subconsciously, I actually changed the gait of my walk and run to accommodate the callous. I guess it was causing more issues than I thought. In 2019, I began to notice sharp pains in my foot, which forced me to walk on the outer edge of my foot, which again, caused more issues. I went to a podiatrist and was told the callous was too far developed to deal with by normal means, and that it had split open to the point of bleeding, which was the cause of the sharp pain. Their option was surgery to remove it, and stitches to close the wound. While mulling over my options, the thing that gets people sick happened and put a halt on all medical procedures for a little over a year. Entering 2021, I had to go back through the gambit of being re-evaluated for surgery and was put on a waiting list. During that time, I happened upon this product. I got it on a Friday. Used the first pad that night, and took it off Sunday Night. By Tuesday night, I noticed slight peeling off the callous. So, I waited it out. The following Friday, there was no more peeling but there was still the callous. So, I used another pad with the same 2 days on, three days off. Again, slight peeling, but no removal of the callous. So, I used the third pad. This time, I waited the two days, and after that, I took a file to the callous and noticed a lot of flaking. After that, I used the fourth and last pad, two days on, two days off. This time, after taking it off, I soaked my foot, then took a safety razor remover to it. I was a little nervous so I scraped slowly. As I did this, it seemed to literally peel off like potato skin. I kept going until I couldn't peel any more. I totally removed the callous to the point where I could see the split. Went back to the podiatrist and was told the split should heal on its own as long as I don't do anything too crazy like run and stuff. Close to 5 years of dealing with this issue and it was fixed in a little over 2 weeks. Talk about relief. I'm thinking about celebrating at Applebee's for the achievement. Nothing wrong with cheap margaritas. I will strees, removing the cushion is a bit of a hassel is you aren't that flexible, but not overtly difficult. And a bit of the active pad did snake its way into the split on the callous, that I had to take a swab with alcohol to get it out. But overall, it worked. Ibdont normally leave reviews on things because there's really nothing I can say that hasn't already been said. But this is more of a "THANK YOU" than a review. The last time I felt this much relief was when I got a chance to use a real bathroom after 10 months on a ship at sea. It's the little things that make you appreciate stuff ya know.

Works, kind of.
UPDATE #2: Over the past month since they came off, calluses on both feet have returned with a vengeance. Rather than trying these again, I am currently using a 40% Salicylic Acid stick with clear tape (the kind they use to protect tattoos) over it. It seems to be working much quicker in whitening the skin, so hopefully they'll fall off quicker and stay gone. *fingers crossed* UPDATE #1: When you go to file down/smooth out these areas, please either wait a few days or be very careful and do it gently. I kind of went all in right away, and a week later, those areas were still sore and sensitive. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this in hopes of removing the two stubborn calluses on the sides of my feet, under my pinky toes. I cleaned my feet, put the patches on, then applied the clear protective strips. I had no issues the first few hours of wearing them, although it was evening time and I didn't do much walking around the house anyway. During the first shower, the clear protective strips started coming off. I ended up cutting off the parts that came loose, and put some bandaids over. The next day, I got some bigger clear bandaids and layered two over each pad/leftover protective strip. I changed the bandaids after my next shower as well, then kept the pads on until next day's shower (about 52 hours total). My skin was significantly lighter where the callus patches were, but nothing else happened. A couple of days later, I put on two new patches after a shower. By my next shower 24 hours later, parts of the protective strips were already coming off. By the time I was done with the shower, I was going to try to salvage the patches by putting some bandaids over them, but they were completely wet, had shifted and we're kind of gross, so I ended up taking everything off. So, in total, I had two patches on each foot for about 76 hours total. The skin turned a lighter color where the patches were, but the color got darker as the time went by (slowly going back to my regular skin color). It wasn't until day 13 (since the initial application) that both of the calluses started peeling and I was able to mostly pull them off. What came off was really just a little bit thicker skin. I'm going to have to file the areas off to try to even everything out, since they left kind of "holes" where the patches were. All in all, I guess I would buy these again if I needed them, but not before looking into other solutions. I'd definitely stock up on extra large clear bandaids, which are pretty expensive and would essentially double this item's purchase price. I also want to note that I work from home and most of the time I'm sitting down, so it's not like I was really rough on my feet during those days.

Trust the process
Trust the process! I had a huge callus on the side of my big toe and these worked! The downside is that I had to use waterproof medical tape to keep them on but it was 100% worth it. I used 5 of these, leaving them on for 3 to 4 days at a time and after 20 long days... the callus just came off. Poof. Gone. :) It seems like a but of a pain but it was effective! The outter layer really wasn't sticking without the tape but I figured it out. Warning: I wasnt sure what to expect but my toe looked absolutely repulsive when the callus finally came off and I was freaking out a little but after one night in fresh air it looked significantly better.

Slowly but Surely
It works! My apologies in advance for the images. Itโs super simple to apply the medicated sticker and bandage, but the bandage isnโt as waterproof as I expected for it to be. After just one shower, the bandage lifted and the medicated sticker began to disintegrate. One application shouldโve been able to stay on for 36 to 48 hours but my first application lasted closer to 12 hours. The callus I was attempting to remove is located on the ball of my left foot, so perhaps the application is more difficult for that spot. IDK. Anywayโฆ I immediately applied another one for 24 hours. Upon initial removal, the callus appeared as a white circle. Over the next few days, that circular piece of skin begun to lift. I honestly expected for it to be a quicker process, but I ended up needing to manually peel off the remainder of the skin. After two applications, it did a fairly good job, but I will need to apply it once more for a more complete removal. Overall, Iโm satisfied with my purchase.

Not so good!
They fall off pretty easy - the formula has obviously changed, as originally, I had to pull them off after 2 or 3 days but now they fall off sometimes same day.
