Good bone supplement
These are my favorite calcium supplement. They are powdered and digestible and contain the trace minerals that we need for bone health

Disappointed
I am becoming more and more disappointed with this product. It isn’t the product itself but the condition it’s in when I get it. Everything in the bottle is covered with dust from the inside of the capsules. This did not used to happen. When I pour some of them out into my hand I get a handful of product dust. Sometimes there is an empty squash capsule in the bottom of the jar. Sometimes there is a squashed capsule still with contents. But clearly there is some kind of assembly line problem with this product and I would like to find another product that comes in better condition.
