It’s my first time using the pour over method and it’s the best tasting coffee I’ve ever had. I especially love this product because of the filter being washable, reusable and not giving your coffee that paper filter taste.I also bought the cosori goose neck kettle with different temperature settings.My go to recipe is 20 grams of freshly ground coffee (size 55 on a breville smart grinder pro) with a near full cosori kettle OR until water is at or just below cosori marking. I use the oolong setting on the kettle for 195 degrees F.
