Really helps boost electrolytes in and out of cells. speeds up my metabolism. Good product at a reasonable price. Needs a proper balance of all electrolytes to be more effective. Particularly salt. Just as good if not better than many work out supplements which are multiple times more expensive. I find this brand to have bioavailable supplements unlike many cheap brands that can’t be absorbed.
