So i purchased lip pen, am i supposed to sharpen it or how do i getting the liner pushed up for more use?

I have the same problem: can't sharpen plastic... not dial or push up. What's the deal?

My pencil does not twist to expose new lip liner. How do I get more liner to come out the top?

It’s sucks …. You can’t scroll up for more product and if you sharpen it the whole liner is gone

How do you get the lid off? I finallg had a chance to try the item, i remived from the taped bag, took ths plastic that was molded to the lip liner.

It was a challenge as the pencil is packed in a blister pack meaning that you have to peel it off. The manufacturer worked hard at making their product tamper proof and they succeeded. But, once you peel off the outer plastic wrapper off you will find one if the best lip pencils in the mass market beauty marketplace. I work in the beauty industry and try new products all the tome. This pencil is perfect in that the color is great, the applyability is excellent, and the point is wonderful. Anyway, stick with it and you will reap rewards. Good luck..,
