After not working out for several years due to a combination of recovering from a detached bicep and having become too tired to get back into it (full time working father of 3) I was looking for an edge to help me get back into shape. After searching I found this product listed in the top 5 test boosters and was the most reasonably priced. After using it for a full cycle I have to say I’m impressed. My recovery is much better(I’m not a spring chicken anymore...) and feel less aches and pains day after pumping iron. A huge bonus, is that I have been able to get to sleep easier and longer. I’ve always had trouble sleeping, the brain won’t shut off, and I would wake up several times a night for no reason. With this evl test I can sleep! And am more rested the next day. This added bonus is equally important to me as the recovery. Update: I am now on my second bottle and am still very pleased with this product. My sleep has improved dramatically and I don’t wake up 3-4 times a night any more. I feel more alert and clear minded in the mornings and ready to work out again. I’ve not suffered any negative side effects as some others have stated other than I did have a headache a couple times but believe it may have been due to not taking as directed with an empty stomach before bed.

Experienced very good, deep sleeps while taking these tablets. Did not really notice any improvement to energy levels, libido or lifting capability, but did wake up feeling more refreshed. Don't buy these expecting some sort of miracle testosterone boost, they're essentially just multi vitamins that aid in your rest/recovery from training. They work very well for that purpose.

I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this product and I saw people complaining about headaches which I dismissed. On the 2nd day of taking these I had the most painful headache of my life. I took Panadol and Nurofen all day and it finally started to settle down after about 12 hours. Save yourself the trouble and just don't buy it.

I did 2 cycles of using this (3 months on, 1 month off) and the reason for that was, that I wanted to be sure the effects I felt were for real, and they are. Obviously everyone is different, so here are my personal results. SLEEP: I have insomnia. Plain and simple. It's so severe that I laugh in the face of Melatonin and it's lack of power. But with these pills, I get a solid 6-8 hours of sleep, and when I do wake up in the middle of the night, I find it quite easy to return back to my resting slumber. I wake up feeling rested and ready to go! (Note: You will have very vivid dreams! I personally love this though) ENERGY: On these pills, my energy levels are beyond anything I can explain. I have energy to wake up at 5am, go running, go to work, then come back and hit the gym for weight lifting, and then still having energy to sneak in a 15 minute HIIT workout prior to dinner. It feels amazing! Off these pills, I'm lucky if I can make it through the day, let alone all my exercises. CONS: Yes there are some cons I'm going to mention. They aren't really cons for me, but for some others they may be, so I will mention them. Yes, these pills are huge, and there are 4 of them. If you have a hard time swallowing pills, these will test your might. Yes, they do have a strong smell. I relate it to syrup. But I love pancakes. Yes, you get a deep sleep, so if you take a nap in the middle of the day, you may wake up feeling pretty groggy. It goes away fast though, get over it. Yes, you have to cycle off these pills for 1 month after 3 months on, and that 1 month is dreadful. You lose your restful sleep and lose out on all that energy you had to bust out Superman-like workouts. I'm currently in this month while I type this, and I CANNOT wait to get back on them! Let's go! I am a healthcare provider and decided to give this product a try. I have had low/normal testosterone blood levels for years (never below the normal range at the lab so testosterone replacement wasn't an option for me, insurance wouldn't cover it) and as a result had a mild normocytic anemia which is common with lower testosterone levels. I did my research and wanted to find a product that boosted testosterone naturally by multiple different ingredients/mechanisms. So here are my results (after taking 3 months): 1. My total testosterone level went from 373 (it had hovered around this level for years) up to 496 and my hemoglobin went from just below the normal range (had been then way for years) to normal range for an adult male. 2. I had noticeably more energy and libido 3. I was working out the same and had noticeable increases in my muscle mass 4. I slept better. Before, I was getting up at least once per night. On the supplement, I would sleep through the night the majority of the time. The only downside of this product is the taste/smell of the large pills which you get used to over time. I will say, they do seem to work better (at least for sleep) when you take on an empty stomach. Also, I decided to take them 3 weeks on, 1 week off, instead of the recommended 3 months on, 1 month off to avoid feeling back to my normal self for a whole month. I really don't notice too much of a drop in how I'm feeling with not taking them for 1 week only.
