Is the active ingredient Benzoyl Peroxide 10%?

No, it is salicylic acid. I bought this based on the other answer saying “yes” and was disappointed because it doesn’t contain any benzoyl.

Is it good for removing tiny bumps ?

I only used for small breakouts on my face and it was great

Gel, I barely squeezed the tube and dotted my spot from the tube and it was like magic - highly recommend
