Price is reasonable, so was afraid of poor quality, but both the sheets and racks are sturdy and well made. Plus, the stainless steel makes them easy to clean.

I bought these for their size to make a drip tray to sit under the air-fryer basked of my Breville oven. I wanted a drip tray that would sit on the oven's wire rack and keep grease from dripping down on the heater coils at the bottom. One disappointing feature of the Breville oven is that it says not to use the air-fryer basket for items that drip grease because if grease hits the heating coils, it smokes and could catch on fire. They send a smaller grill pan and rack for air-frying things like chicken wings. But my reason for investing in the expensive Breville was its larger cooking surface. This solved the problem. Using the grid, you can also use this set as your air-fryer basket. I keep one pan on the bottom wire rack to catch debris that happens to spill over. I would give this 4.5 stars because the pan is a tad thin and subject to slight warping, but a lot of sheet pans do this.

I was not disappointed and I think this was a great purchase and value.

PRO: -good quality finish on both the racks and trays, has withstood multiple runs through the dishwasher without showing any rusting or pitting. -nice rolled lip, providing good rigidity all the way around the tray. -racks fit perfectly within the trays -pack of 2 for less than some competitors would charge for 1!!! -uncoated stainless steel means you can be REALLY rough when scrubbing, don't worry about damaging the finish. -Dishwasher safe, whether or not the manufacturer claims they are. Mine have been through the wash plenty of times without any ill effects. CON (honestly none, just confirming what I read in other reviews and giving my thoughts): -made of fairly thin (albeit high-quality) stainless sheet steel. If you expose it to very high heat, it may warp, but should warp back if allowed to cool slowly. Mine have been used under my broiler on high without any ill-effects. -because the metal is thin, I wouldn't suggest using these for an extremely heavy roast or bake. They're great for up to 12 or maybe 15 lbs on a single sheet, but I wouldn't recommend more than that. Don't make a huge turkey on these (but duh, they aren't meant for that) -pans are uncoated, and that's both a positive and negative. It means you can be very rough with scrubbing them clean. but it also means that anything with fats or carbohydrates is very likely to burn onto the pan and be difficult to remove. I suggest putting a layer of aluminum foil over the pans when using them, but a silpat would work great too. 5/5 would recommend to a friend, will probably buy more.

These fit perfectly in the Bighorn Outdoors salamander, seem to stand up to the 1500F blast of heat fine (except the rack distorts a little, pops back when it cools). They make it possible to limit the splatter / mess to just this and aren't terrible to scrub. I line the pan with aluminum foil, and use one of those chain-mail scrubbers on the grid. I got the idea to use a quarter sheet pan from a rating on the Bighorn. The first quarter pan I bought didn't fit. These fit fine - and have been holding up to the (high!) heat for a few months now.

Excellent quality, very sturdy and easy to use and more importantly easy to clean. I’ve noticed over time aluminum options get stained and won’t come clean so this stainless steel option was our choice. We have a set of 3 different sizes (gifted to us a few years ago). This size fits in our toaster oven/air fryer in the house and also in our Jayco RV toaster oven. We’ve had these for many months using them for sweet and savory foods. They work very well and maximize capacity especially when cooking in the smaller ovens. One more thing, we’ve also used these in our outdoor smoker and still they clean pretty easily.

This is perfect for what I needed. I used to have 2, non stick pans from walmart and they started to rust on the bottom inside lip, so after putting it in the dishwasher and taking it out, the rusty water would sometimes drip over other items, causing me to rewash them. With these pans I don't have that issue and I also don't need to worry about teflon flaking off. Which, it sounds crazy, but teflon poisoning and plastic leeching is a real thing with many household products, from pans to cutlery to baking utensils... stainless steel and wood products are the best. As for the pan condition, I've used it about 3 times now, ran it through the dishwasher and it's great. No warping, no staining. Definitely recommend. And from my experience, any stainless steel baking pan you own for years, will eventually warp in some way, but it's still usable in most cases. I also like that it comes with 2 cooling racks, so when I bake bacon or chicken, the grease sits at the bottom.

These trays exceed my expectations. They are well made and a much better product than all of the nonstick ones I have.
