I can tell you for certain that they do not contain nickel. I have a severe nickel allergy and they are on my list of safe products from a database specific to my nickel allergy. I was given access to the database for my specific allergies. Do call the company who manufactures the product. They are willing to answer your specific question about the cobalt.
