I suffer with fibromyalgia sore muscles. I was taking lots of muscle relaxers but when I started taking the selenium I have been able to use a lot less of the prescription muscle relaxers. I saw Dr Pol use it on a horse and I thought I would try it. I certainly don’t know if it would work for others but I was so miserable and this really helped me. I take 200 mcg a day and I know you have to be careful not to take too much of this mineral. So not a recommendation but just my experience.

What can I do without this miraculously mineral? For shingles, the patient must take daily selenium to prevent and stop the illness. I take one daily, along with the rest of my amino acids, vitamins/mineral, pro-biotics and after a year of the terrible day I was diagnosed with shingles, I feel in control of my health!
